| 1. |

The entered work must have been produced between May 2007 and September 2008. |

| 2. |
|
Only work which has appeared in the Asia Pacific region is eligible. |
| |
|
|
| 3. |
|
The work must be entered according to the entry requirements.
|
| |
|
|
| 4. |
|
A campaign is considered as three or more creative ideas forming a unified campaign. |
| |
|
|
| 5. |
|
Campaign work can also be entered in individual categories under a separate entry form, separate CDRom, and payment. |
| |
|
|
| 6. |
|
Work entered in more than one category must be accompanied
by a separate entry form and separate CDRom containing
the advertisement. |

|
| 7. |
|
Entries cannot be returned nor can money be refunded. |
| |
|
|
| 8. |
|
Judges have the right to reallocate work which they feel has been entered in the wrong category. |
| |
|
|
| 9. |
|
The judges/organisers have the right to reject work that they believe is not original, could cause offence, breaks Singapore law or violates the rules of the competition. |

|
|
| 10. |
|
The judges/organisers decision is final. |
| |
|
|
| 11. |
|
The organizers have the right to publish work that is entered within AdAsia, AdAsiaOnline and Designer. |

|
|
| 12. |
|
The organizers take no responsibility for any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or wrong accreditation. |
| |
|
|
| 13. |
|
Non-published ('scam') work is not eligible, except for category S27 and if entered the fees will not be returned. |
| |
|
|
| 14. |
|
Entering work for this competition signifies an acceptance of
these terms. |
